Zarveil is a USA-based brand with design and production studios in Pakistan. Depending on product availability, some orders are shipped directly from our Pakistan facility, while others are fulfilled from our USA warehouse. This allows us to offer faster delivery and maintain the highest quality standards for every outfit.

Currently, Zarveil operates as an online-only brand. This allows us to offer a wider range of premium ethnic designs at the best prices. However, we provide worldwide shipping and full customer support online, so you can shop with confidence from anywhere.

Product Inquiries

Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the best fit. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them with our chart before placing your order.

Shipping

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Most of our customers are based in the USA, but we deliver to many other countries as well. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on your location and product availability.

We offer two shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days
  • Express Shipping ($30): 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and product availability. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link and courier details. You can use that link to follow your order’s progress in real time.

Custom Duty

No, you won’t have to pay any customs duty. Zarveil covers all customs and import charges in advance to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

In the rare case that any duty or tariff is charged upon delivery, simply share the receipt with us - we’ll fully reimburse the amount.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging. Customized or made-to-measure outfits are not eligible for return.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at customer-support@zarveil.com or on WhatsApp (+1 256 870 9404) with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the simple process.

If the return is due to a defect, sizing error, or any mistake on our end, we cover the shipping costs.

For other reasons (such as a change of mind or ordered the wrong size), customers are responsible for return shipping.

Custom-size, made-to-order, or discounted sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
