You can return items that are in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all original tags attached. You must initiate the return within 7 days from the delivery date. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are worn, washed, or damaged.

After reviewing your request, our customer support team will send you a return authorization along with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) by mail.

3. Return Shipping and Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, regardless of the reason for the return, including defective or incorrect items.

4. Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for returns.

5. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • Tags: All original tags must still be attached.
  • Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging if possible.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at customer-support@zarveil.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defective or incorrect item.

We will review the issue and provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs even in the case of defective or incorrect items. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item, as per your preference.
